Terms of Service

By accessing or using RuwanHQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the platform located at ruwanm.com.

RuwanHQ is a platform operated by Ruwan M. that enables clients to browse, purchase, and receive professional creative services including graphic design, WordPress development, AI application development, vehicle wrap design, presentation design, and website support.

All services are delivered by a single provider. RuwanHQ is not a marketplace of multiple freelancers.

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal. RuwanHQ does not store your payment card or bank details.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• You will receive an order confirmation email after payment.
• Work begins once you have submitted your project requirements.

Each service package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated at the time of purchase. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are defined as adjustments to the original scope — new concepts or significant scope changes may be treated as a new order.

Delivery timeframes begin from the date requirements are submitted, not the date of payment. Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of requirements or slow feedback) may extend the delivery timeline.

• You must provide accurate and complete project requirements.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any materials you provide (logos, images, text).
• You must not use deliverables for unlawful purposes.

Upon full payment and order completion, all rights to the final deliverables are transferred to you. Source files are only included if specified in the purchased package. RuwanHQ retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any information you share as part of your project brief will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

RuwanHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
