Refund Policy

Our commitment to you

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, we'll always work with you to make it right first — refunds are a last resort, not a barrier.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Work not started — If you cancel before requirements are submitted and work has not begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Significant delay — If delivery is more than 7 days late beyond the agreed timeframe through no fault of yours, you may request a refund.
  • Work not as described — If the final delivery does not match the agreed scope and all revision rounds have been exhausted, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Work has been completed and delivered as agreed
  • You have approved the final delivery
  • Revision rounds have been used and no refund was requested before approval
  • Delays caused by the client (late requirements, unresponsive feedback)
  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete requirements

Revision First Policy

Before requesting a refund, we ask that you first allow us to address the issue through revisions. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds for this reason. Most concerns can be resolved through clear communication.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Message us directly through your order chat or inbox
  • Or email hello@ruwanm.com with your order number
  • Describe the issue clearly

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via PayPal.

Partial Refunds

Where work has partially commenced, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the work completed. This is assessed case-by-case.
